• Our packages last a calendar month (please note, we've recently changed this from every 30 days to keep it simpler! If you now start with us on the 3rd of January for example, your invoice date will the 3rd of every month regardless of how many days there are in each month - February, we're looking at you!). Packages automatically renew, unless you tell us otherwise (see next point). We email each client a bespoke invoice every month and request payment as soon as possible.

• There are no contracts - woohoo! We understand priorities change - you can cancel any time (with 14 days notice, if possible, please!). And you can also switch packages month to month if you'd like too.

• You'll get a dedicated point of contact from quote to posting - this person won't change, so as you work with them you'll start to feel like they're part of your team (except you won't have to make them tea).

• You will still have access to all your Social Media accounts whilst we manage them - feel free to post if you'd like - and please respond to comments and direct messages, as this isn’t included in our service.

• We ask that you review scheduled posts and let us know if there are any errors or changes to be made as soon as possible - we aim to edit or remove posts within 4 hours of you contacting us.

• Got an event or product you'd like to shout about? - let us know and we'll create some special, fancy bespoke posts for these.

• Occasionally we'll 'boost' a Facebook post or create an Ad - don't fret, there's no additional charge for this - the cost will be included in your package price and paid for, at the time, by Confuzzled.

• Since we only work with small businesses, we try really hard to keep our pricing low . So we mostly communicate with clients by email and Whatsapp. We're happy for a chat on the phone, but we try to avoid this to keep our costs down - Savings we pass straight on with our package pricing. It also gives us more time to work on content.... and it's often quicker to catch us on email or Whatsapp, anyway!
