WE'VE UPDATED OUR PACKAGES! 

What, again?! Well... yes... 

We're being asked more and more for bespoke packages, with very similar requirements, so we've decided 'hey, lets go ahead and update our standard ones to reflect want the people want, what they need!'- and what we're seeing work best on social media platforms right now. Best bit? We've been able to reduce some prices!

Bespoke packages remain available - Just send us a message and we'll send you over a quote.

EXISTING CLIENTS - There is no change to your package at all! Your agreed invoice date and post frequency / type remains unchanged! 

If you'd like to mix things up, though, and we haven't already popped you a message, please let us know!

Price rises - food, energy, transport, petrol, just about everything is costing more! 🙈😫

In a recent survey, 78% of the UK says the rising costs of living is affecting their stress levels. Running a small business is stressful enough, and you have enough to deal with. So whilst there's not much we can do about the increasing price of your other bills, one way we can help is by not increasing ours too.  

So that’s exactly what we’re doing.

We won't be increasing our prices this year. 

We might not increase them next year either!

It's really important to us that we do all we can to support businesses through this tricky time 🙂

Lately, we've been asked for more and more bespoke packages that mostly focus on Facebook and Instagram. So, as those two platforms really are our 'jam', and there's demand for it, we've decided to edit all our current packages to create content and post just on these two. This means we can concentrate efforts on these - currently the biggest, most popular platforms - and work more with you on them!

We can still post to Twitter and Linkedin, at request!

Please also note that we don't currently work with TikTok and Snapchat, but absolutely encourage you to give them a go and have some fun!

The Great Facebook Outage of 2021. 

Facebook and its other platforms, including Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, went down globally for close to six hours yesterday, by the far the longest outage for a major platform in recent memory!

Our client's post were unaffected, fortunately, although a few scheduled ones were delayed - we're working to rejiggle these if needed.

SUMMER HOLIDAY! 

Please note that our office will be closed between 24th and 31st July 2021. 

Our team have worked without a break in over 12 months, so we'll all be treating ourselves to lay-ins, naps, Netflix marathons and cake. 

It's business as usual for our existing clients, you won't see any change, but we won't be picking up emails during this time, so please contact us in any other usual way if you need us!

We'll get back to the rest of you lovely people after this time.

CHANGES TO THE LENGTH OF PACKAGES. 

Effective today, most new client's packages will be a month long. This replaces our old 30 day packages. 

(psst, existing clients, please contact us for a chat if you'd like to change your arrangements, otherwise these will stay as they are. 

WHY?

This keep invoicing simpler for us and helps cashflow and planning for you! 

So now, for example, if you start with our services us on the 10th March your invoice date will the 10th of every month regardless of how many days there are in each month - February, we're looking at you! 

If you start on a date not all months share (again, February, for instance), we'll invoice you the next nearest following day on other months (ie, your usual invoice date of 31st will be the 1st of the following month). Our package prices are currently unaffected by this decision. 

So you might have more or less posts month to month, but this'll much easier for us all to manage - and we hope you agree! :)

We'll soon all be waving goodbye to Google+.

In October 2018 Google made the announcement it would be shutting down Google+, following a data leak that may have affected up to 500,000 users. 

We've already contacted all of our clients affected to discuss alternatives. If you have any concerns, please contact us.

CLIENT VACANCY!
We've been rummaging in our diaries (and some doughnut boxes) this week and we're chuffed to find that we now have space for one or two new clients (but certainly no space 'round our trouser waists, oops!). Hurray!

Thanks for all the 'likes' for World Kindness Day!
For each of these we promised a £1 donation to Charity. Across our Social Media pages we received just under 50 likes, so we've rounded this up and will be splitting this between a number of our charities. The first donation has already been made to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. The next will be to Little Havens Hospice. The final to the Rainbow Trust.
